Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a session and a click?
Plus icon
They are essentially the same thing. Hitprobe links multiple clicks from the same device into a "session" (a browsing session). If someone clicks your ad multiple times, they'll be counted as separate sessions. But if a visitor lands and then browses a few pages, that's counted as a single session.
Tell me what a 'site' is in Hitprobe?
Plus icon
A site is defined by a domain name. If your site has multiple subdomains but you want to manage them as one, you can treat them as a single site (enter the domain name as the site). However, you can also treat each subdomain as a separate site if you prefer. In Hitprobe, all settings and analytics are grouped around the site.
What happens when the sessions limit is reached?
Plus icon
We'll send you an email when you're approaching the limit. You can then choose to upgrade at any time through the console. The upgrade will happen instantly.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Plus icon
You can try any paid plan free for 7 days, no obligation or risk. If you choose to cancel before the 7 days is up, you won't be charged, and your plan will return back to the free plan.
Is it possible to downgrade my plan?
Plus icon
Sure, you can downgrade to any plan, or cancel a paid subscription at any time. Downgrades to another paid plan happen immediately, cancellations go into effect at the end of your billing period.
How many ad accounts can I connect?
Plus icon
There's no limit to the number of ad networks you can connect, but each site can only be associated with one of each supported ad network at a time (i.e. one Google Ads account and one Meta account).
