Every time a server-side lookup is made, an event is counted. Client-side agent events (probes) are not billed. One event credit covers the full check, except for phone checks that incur extra credit usage.
How many sites do I need?
You'll need to add a site for every domain name (hostname) you use the client-side agent on. One site does cover subdomains. Sites also scope rules and allowlists, so you may choose to create different sites to organize distinct sets of rules.
What billing methods are supported?
You can pay monthly by credit or debit card. Starting a paid plan is easy through the Account > Plan area of the console.
